2026/07/01起預約者,繳費流程更動:
Changes to Payment Process for Reservations Starting July 1, 2026
1. 請於預約前提供收據抬頭/統編,謄打於新版預約單(excel)中,寄樣品前務必先行mail予操作員。
Before making a reservation, please provide the receipt title and uniform invoice number, and fill them in the revised reservation form (Excel). The completed form must be emailed to the operator before sending samples.
2. 實驗完成後操作員會依預約單內容輸出繳費單(東華大學版本,非國科會通知單)予實驗資訊聯絡人。
After the experiment is completed, the operator will issue a payment notice (NDHU version, not the NSTC notification) based on the information provided in the reservation form, and send it to the designated contact person.
3. 請一律以東華大學版本繳費單繳費,切勿再使用國科會通知單臨櫃匯款或自行上東華網站輸出繳費單。(系統無法對帳,人工對帳需跨主計和出納曠日廢時)
Please make all payments using the NDHU-issued payment notice only. Do not use the NSTC notification for over-the-counter remittance or generate a payment form independently from the NDHU website. (The system cannot reconcile such payments automatically, and manual reconciliation across accounting and cashier units is extremely time-consuming.)
4. 請各實驗資訊聯絡人務必將新的繳款資訊及收到的東華大學版本繳費單,交給各實驗室帳款處理人.
The designated contact person must forward the updated payment information and the NDHU-issued payment notice to the appropriate personnel responsible for laboratory finances.
5. 利用技術員輸出的東華大學版本繳費單繳費完後!無須再回寄繳款憑證,系統會自行對帳並顯示。
After completing the payment using the NDHU-issued payment notice, there is no need to return proof of payment. The system will automatically reconcile and display the payment status.
6. 銷帳作業統一於每周五下午進行,因帳款入帳花費時間不固定,請盡量提早繳費.
Account reconciliation is conducted every Friday afternoon. As processing time for payments may vary, please complete payment as early as possible.
7. 未來若因延遲繳費而被鎖帳,請等到帳款入帳且每周五對帳時才能解鎖。
If an account is locked due to delayed payment, it will only be unlocked after the payment is received and verified during the Friday reconciliation process.

Student ID: Enter last 8 digits of reservation number (e.g., 24010001)

Step 3: Once confirmed correct, click.

Step 4: Generate Payment Slip.

Step 5: Confirm the information and pay using the payment slip.
