Please fill in the "On-campus transfer receipt request form"➨Go to the cashier team to collect the receipt (Note 1)

➨The Office of Accounting and Statistics for purchase write-off➨E-mail the written-off or payment supporting information to our center (Note 2)➨Complete the reservation system write-off.

★Method 2: Online banking/ATM/supermarket/postal transfer:

The payment method is the same as "payment from off-campus units or industry". Please go to the Office of General Affairs-Cashier Division to get the receipt yourself.

★Method 3: Cash payment (for those without plans):

Please go to the Office of General Affairs-Cashier Division to pay cash and get the receipt. Email the receipt and payment notice to the Guiyi Center

➨ Complete the "paid" login to the reservation system ➨ Purchase requisition and write-off in the Office of Accounting and Statistics.

• (Note 1): Please wait 3 to 5 days after writing the form for the transfer receipt. Please go to the Office of General Affairs-Cashier Division to get it back for verification by the Office of Accounting and Statistics purchase requisition system.
• (Note 2): Evidence of written-off or payment: payment notice + screenshot of the campus purchase requisition system or scan of the deposit slip, remittance stub, screenshot of online banking payment, supermarket payment certificate (choose one to provide),Please email the Instrument Center (erin@gms.ndhu.edu.tw) to cancel the reservation system.

log in"National Dong Hwa University Online Payment System", print out the "National Dong Hwa University Online Payment Notice" and use the serial number to pay.

➨E-mail the payment stub or record and payment notice to erin@gms.ndhu.edu.tw (Ms. Wang) ➨Complete the "paid" login to the reservation system ➨Write it off by your organization.
