Please log in to the National Science and Technology Council The Instruments Informantion System to make an appointment.
Steps to apply for an appointment:
Account application
Please register an account when using this system for the first time. If you already have an Academic R&D Service Network account, you can log in directly. If you are a manufacturer and have not logged in for more than one year, you need to apply again.

- Please come first "National Science and Technology Council, Academic Research and Development Service Network" Log in and click "Newcomer registration" to prepare to apply for an account. Please fill in the fields carefully, except*In addition to the required fields marked *, please also be sure to fill in the "Contact number(public)" Leave the contactable "laboratory extension number" in the field to facilitate the instrument administrator's contact. (Fill in the form as shown below).
- After receiving the account number and password, go to "National Science and Technology Council The Instruments Informantion System" Log in, the applicant clicks "K.Reserve related tasks" function "K1.【Application/Cancellation】Add thematic project "Add thematic project" and export the "Special Project Consent Form".
- After the "Special Project Use Consent" has been signed by the applicant and the project host, go to the system K1 again to edit the "Upload Consent Electronic File" and click "OK" at "Whether to Send", and it will be certified by your instrument center After that, you can start making online reservations.

- Please go to the "National Science and Technology Council The Instruments Informantion System" to apply for an account, click Appointee Login / Category 3: Personnel from other private institutions / Register a new account.
- Please fill in the fields carefully, except*In addition to the required fields marked *, please also be sure to fill in the "Phone(public)" leave a contactable "extension number" in the field for the convenience of the instrument administrator. (Fill in the form as shown below )
- After registration is completed, please print the "貴儀中心使用同意書"(The system will automatically pop up the print window.Do not open and block pop-up programs on your computer), the applicant needs to stamp the official seal after signing.(or unified invoice stamp), the email is sent back to your center, and after being authenticated by your center, you can start making online reservations.
Make an appointment online
After confirming the instrument, time period or serial number, the reservation is completed.
Delivery measurement
Please print the appointment application form and submit it together with the sample by mail or in person to our center.
The sample mailing address is as follows: (Please be sure to fill in the location of the department/library of the laboratoryIf you need assistance in sending back the samples for testing, please make an appointment and attach a return envelope. Thank you.
