Organizational structure
(一)The center has a director who is responsible for handling the relevant business of the center. The director of the technical service center selects professors in relevant fields within the school for a concurrent term of two years, which can be re-elected.
(二)The center has set up an advisory committee to facilitate the planning of development directions, the execution of plans and the promotion of administrative services. There are five to seven advisory committee members, who are appointed by the dean and are appointed by relevant experts and scholars at home and abroad. They serve a term of two years and may be re-elected.
(三)The center has two groups: precious instrument service and precious instrument maintenance education and training. In the future, if necessary, new groups may be added. Each group may have a group leader, who shall be appointed by the director of the Guiyi Center.
Depending on actual needs, the center may hire experts and scholars from inside and outside the school as joint or part-time researchers and technical personnel.
(四)The center director of the center holds regular center meetings to discuss and formulate center work plans and review business matters.
(五)Every two years, the Center's Valuable Instrument Use Management Committee will regularly assess the effectiveness of the center's projects.
