Changes to Payment Process for Reservations Starting July 1, 2026
1. \u8acb\u65bc\u9810\u7d04\u524d\u63d0\u4f9b\u6536\u64da\u62ac\u982d\/\u7d71\u7de8\uff0c\u8b04\u6253\u65bc\u65b0\u7248\u9810\u7d04\u55ae(excel)\u4e2d<\/a><\/strong>\uff0c\u5bc4\u6a23\u54c1\u524d\u52d9\u5fc5\u5148\u884cmail\u4e88\u64cd\u4f5c\u54e1\u3002
Before making a reservation, please provide the receipt title and uniform invoice number, and fill them in the revised reservation form (Excel). The completed form must be emailed to the operator before sending samples.
2. \u5be6\u9a57\u5b8c\u6210\u5f8c\u64cd\u4f5c\u54e1\u6703\u4f9d\u9810\u7d04\u55ae\u5167\u5bb9\u8f38\u51fa\u7e73\u8cbb\u55ae(\u6771\u83ef\u5927\u5b78\u7248\u672c\uff0c\u975e\u570b\u79d1\u6703\u901a\u77e5\u55ae<\/strong><\/span>)\u4e88\u5be6\u9a57\u8cc7\u8a0a\u806f\u7d61\u4eba\u3002
After the experiment is completed, the operator will issue a payment notice (NDHU version, not the NSTC notification) based on the information provided in the reservation form, and send it to the designated contact person.
3. \u8acb\u4e00\u5f8b\u4ee5\u6771\u83ef\u5927\u5b78\u7248\u672c\u7e73\u8cbb\u55ae\u7e73\u8cbb\uff0c\u5207\u52ff\u518d\u4f7f\u7528\u570b\u79d1\u6703\u901a\u77e5\u55ae\u81e8\u6ac3\u532f\u6b3e\u6216\u81ea\u884c\u4e0a\u6771\u83ef\u7db2\u7ad9\u8f38\u51fa\u7e73\u8cbb\u55ae<\/strong><\/span>\u3002(\u7cfb\u7d71\u7121\u6cd5\u5c0d\u5e33\uff0c\u4eba\u5de5\u5c0d\u5e33\u9700\u8de8\u4e3b\u8a08\u548c\u51fa\u7d0d\u66e0\u65e5\u5ee2\u6642)
Please make all payments using the NDHU-issued payment notice only. Do not use the NSTC notification for over-the-counter remittance or generate a payment form independently from the NDHU website. (The system cannot reconcile such payments automatically, and manual reconciliation across accounting and cashier units is extremely time-consuming.)
4. \u8acb\u5404\u5be6\u9a57\u8cc7\u8a0a\u806f\u7d61\u4eba\u52d9\u5fc5\u5c07\u65b0\u7684\u7e73\u6b3e\u8cc7\u8a0a\u53ca\u6536\u5230\u7684\u6771\u83ef\u5927\u5b78\u7248\u672c\u7e73\u8cbb\u55ae\uff0c\u4ea4\u7d66\u5404\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u5e33\u6b3e\u8655\u7406\u4eba<\/strong><\/span>.
The designated contact person must forward the updated payment information and the NDHU-issued payment notice to the appropriate personnel responsible for laboratory finances.
5. \u5229\u7528\u6280\u8853\u54e1\u8f38\u51fa\u7684\u6771\u83ef\u5927\u5b78\u7248\u672c\u7e73\u8cbb\u55ae\u7e73\u8cbb\u5b8c\u5f8c<\/strong>!<\/strong>\u7121\u9808\u518d\u56de\u5bc4\u7e73\u6b3e\u6191\u8b49<\/strong><\/span>\uff0c\u7cfb\u7d71\u6703\u81ea\u884c\u5c0d\u5e33\u4e26\u986f\u793a\u3002
After completing the payment using the NDHU-issued payment notice, there is no need to return proof of payment. The system will automatically reconcile and display the payment status.
6. \u92b7\u5e33\u4f5c\u696d\u7d71\u4e00\u65bc\u6bcf\u5468\u4e94\u4e0b\u5348\u9032\u884c\uff0c\u56e0\u5e33\u6b3e\u5165\u5e33\u82b1\u8cbb\u6642\u9593\u4e0d\u56fa\u5b9a\uff0c\u8acb\u76e1\u91cf\u63d0\u65e9\u7e73\u8cbb<\/strong><\/span>.
Account reconciliation is conducted every Friday afternoon. As processing time for payments may vary, please complete payment as early as possible.
7. \u672a\u4f86\u82e5\u56e0\u5ef6\u9072\u7e73\u8cbb\u800c\u88ab\u9396\u5e33\uff0c\u8acb\u7b49\u5230\u5e33\u6b3e\u5165\u5e33\u4e14\u6bcf\u5468\u4e94\u5c0d\u5e33\u6642\u624d\u80fd\u89e3\u9396\u3002
If an account is locked due to delayed payment, it will only be unlocked after the payment is received and verified during the Friday reconciliation process.
