When nuclei with intrinsic spin (such as \u00b9H and \u00b9\u00b3C) are placed in a stable magnetic field and excited by radiofrequency irradiation, they generate detectable signals that, after Fourier transformation, yield NMR spectra. These spectra are used to elucidate molecular structures, functional groups, bonding relationships, and molecular dynamics.\n\nThe instrument employs the JEOL JNM-ECZL series FT-NMR system (e.g., ECZ500 class), featuring high magnetic field stability and advanced digital radiofrequency control technology. It supports both one-dimensional and two-dimensional NMR experiments, including multinuclear measurements such as \u00b9H and \u00b9\u00b3C, as well as structural elucidation experiments such as COSY, HSQC, and HMBC. In addition, the system can be equipped with automatic sample changing and variable-temperature accessories to enhance analytical efficiency and experimental flexibility. Test tubes and commonly used solvents are available, and sample preparation can be performed on behalf of the user.<\/li><li>Test only liquid samples. Use a solvent containing deuterium (D). Prepare samples weighing about 10\u201350 mg, ensuring they are fully dissolved without any suspended solids.<\/li><li>For valuable samples, the submitter must prepare the sample independently. Contact the administrator beforehand to reserve the sample, and ensure that the original sample is retrieved by the submitter.<\/li><li>Users performing self-testing should prepare NMR tubes at least 15 cm long, without bending and with undamaged openings. Fill the sample to a height of 4\u20135 cm, then seal the tube opening to avoid contamination and evaporation.<\/li><li>To avoid damaging the instrument coil and the insert glass between the coil and the NMR sample tube, use certified NMR tubes, e.g., types 507 or 528.<\/li><li>Reserve time in advance for special samples or extended testing sessions, including those conducted during holidays.<\/li><li>The client shall not use the test results for commercial advertising, evidence in legal proceedings, or other purposes without the consent of the Center. Violators will be prosecuted by the Center in accordance with the law. If the center's reputation is damaged due to the client's improper use of test reports, the center will demand compensation for damages in accordance with the
